Does the O-R still give a course in how to make a newspaper hat?
No, we don't make those hats anymore, because over the years the width of the newspaper has narrowed. Now, when you fold the hat it's too small for anything but a monkey.
There's a joke in there, somewhere, about your Greene County subscribers...
